- Item(s) must be unopened in their original packaging and condition, with labels attached and free of animal hair. Laundered items cannot be returned.
- Returns are accepted within 20 days of receipt. Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com to request a Return Authorization number (RMA#) and UPS shipping label. The cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund and items must be shipped with the issued shipping label within 7 days.
- Returns without the required RMA# on the box will be declined.
- All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of manufacturer error.
- Returns are refunded to the original method of payment.
- Exchanges cannot be made. We invite you to return any unwanted item(s) and make a new purchase.
